We don't know if the swami really reads his mail or
not. He says: "the words of the message are
meaningless, the intent of the message is
everything". We see him frequently with his forehead
against the monitor screen. We can't tell if he's
divining the "intent" of the message or just sleeping.

Why don't we list our telephone
number?
Many solicitors use web site telephone numbers to
make contact with businesses. We get enough calls as it is
from bogus charities, stock brokers and aluminum siding and
window salesmen.
Also, too often , well meaning customers use the
opportunity to chat with the "factory", usually asking questions
that are already answered on our web site.
Our dealers are expected to be the primary source
of information. If they have a question they cannot
answer, then we ask them to pass the request on to us.
And, of course, we always answer our e mail.
